On September 24, professor Baek Seungpil of the Department of Bioinformatics at Korea University Sejong Campus received the Rural Development Administration Commendation in the field of medical biotechnology and the Korean Biotechnology Academic Promotion Award at the Korean Society for Biotechnology and Bioengineering(KSBB-AFOB) held at the Grand Hyatt Incheon. This recognition reflects Professor Baek's outstanding achievements in regional innovative bio-health industry development and biotechnology research.
KSBB is a leading domestic academic society in the field of biotechnology, awarding various academic honors to researchers who have contributed to academic and industrial advancement.

△Rural Development Administration Commendation
Professor Baek currently serves as Director of the Biological Clock-Based Anti-Aging Convergence RLRC (Regional-Leading Research Center) at Korea University Sejong Campus. He is at the forefront of securing smart anti-aging solutions by establishing a differentiated biological clock intervention research system for developing integrated anti-aging solutions, discovering novel bio candidate materials for improving biological rhythms, and developing and validating the usability of digital therapeutics prototypes for sleep disorders.
